OpenWebRX+ Receiver Plugin: Keyboard Shortcuts

This receiver plugin will add keyboard shortcuts to your OWRX+. The plugin depends on notify plugin.

OWRX+ v1.2.67 has this plugin integrated, hence the plugin will not install, even if loaded.
